Course Description
EDUX 6405 (1, 2 or 3 Units available). Prerequisite: EDUX 6400. This course is designed to examine how an educator’s professional development experiences (conferences, workshops, institutes, etc.) have influenced his or her teaching or educational leadership. Students will summarize, reflect, evaluate and further research the topic(s) covered in their professional development experience. This is a creative and unique opportunity for teachers and administrators to gain university credit as they analyze their previous professional development experiences, enhance their instructional practice, and establish future goals for their school or classroom.
