EDUX 7910 This course investigates ways that teachers can build an inclusive society and ensure that all students are given an equal opportunity. Course participants will summarize and evaluate research on the course topic, actively engage in related activities, and establish future goals for their students. During this course, participants enhance their instructional practice through applying research-based strategies and reflecting on their learning experiences. This course combines educational theory and practical implementation of strategies for teaching students with special needs
NOTE: Independent Podcast Study utilizes podcasts, streaming, YouTube videos, TED Talks, Talks at Google, IdeaCity, PopTech, Big Think, or other streaming options as the main focus of research. A list of suggestions will be provided (see specific directions in the course syllabus and assignment templates).
