Course Description

EDUX 7824 How the Brain Learns

This course applies brain research to enhance student learning as presented by David A. Sousa in his book How the Brain Learns. Students will explore practical activities and advice in cognitive processing and creativity. The course supports teachers in improving student working memory capacity, exploring how technology is affecting the brain, and examining brain hemispheric specialization.
