Course Description
EDUX 7786. This course investigates ways that teachers can effectively maximize student engagement and focus on the way the brain is really designed to learn. Course participants will summarize and evaluate research on the course topic, actively engage in related activities, and establish future goals for their students. During this course, participants enhance their instructional practice through applying research-based strategies and reflecting on their learning experiences. This course combines educational theory and practical implementation of strategies for student comprehension through their five senses.
