EDUX 7805 Making a Good Brain Great
This course provides a positive and practical road map for enriching and improving one’s greatest asset – the brain. Participants will learn how to protect the brain from injuries and toxic substances, nourish the brain with supplements, and rid the brain of negative thoughts. The principles and exercises in this course, based on years of cutting-edge neuroscience research and the experiences of thousands of people, provide a wealth of practical information on how to achieve the best brain possible.
