EDUX 7801 Change Your Brain, Change Your Life
In this course, participants will study the brain systems and which mental disorder correlates with each different part of the brain. Students will review strategies to quell anxiety, fight depression, curb anger, conquer impulsiveness, and stop obsessive worrying. The course introduces Dr. Daniel Amen’s methodology to optimize brain function and improve one’s life.
