EDUX 7800 Use Your Brain to Change Your Age
This course explores effective strategies for improving overall brain health, mental clarity and performance. Participants will examine how to boost memory, mood, attention and energy. The course offers suggestions for promoting the healing of brain damage, reducing the outward signs of aging, and dramatically increasing the chances of living longer. Students will learn a brain-smart plan to slow, or even reverse, the aging process in the brain.
