EDUX 7792 This course features proven techniques tailored specifically to engage online students. It reviews a variety of ways teachers can adapt their programs and delivery styles in order to be effective. Course participants will summarize and evaluate research on the course topic, actively engage in related activities, and establish future goals for their classroom. Participants will enhance their instructional practice through applying research-based strategies and reflecting on their learning experiences. This course will help teachers to prepare for distance learning with purpose and intent using what works best to accelerate students’ learning.
NOTE: Independent Study is an adaptable learning format for teachers to gain university credit as they choose a subject that is of interest to them as well as beneficial for their classroom.
